How It Works
To begin we would ask you to consult with our nutritionist, so we could get to know you, get a sense of your goals, where you currently are at, and your desired body and health. Then we would ask you to fill a question that would contain some personal information. Personal like you weight, if you have been diagnosed with diabetes, your blood pressure if you know it, or if you have had a diagnosis of any chronic diseases in the past 10-15 years. After that questionnaire will ask you about your diet, what you eat normally, everyday, be as honest as you can, because that will permit us to give you an example of a menu that you can devise and maintain for as long as you desire. Then we would talk about if you exercise or not, and your lifestyle. Then we would be discussing how the diet would affect your body and how you are going to feel for the first weeks. The effects you will start to see on your body every week. And the importance of every element of that diet.
